Al Mana Group ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Al Mana Zebra Print & Scan mobile application. This Privacy Policy details how we handle information collected during your use of the application.

1. Information Collection and Use

Al Mana Zebra Print & Scan is a private enterprise utility built solely for business operations. We collect and process the following data to facilitate scanning and printing workflows:

• Logistics Scan Data: Barcodes, supplier codes, product descriptions, quantities, and scan remarks.
• Device & Operator Info: Unique Android Device ID (to validate licensing limits) and the logged-in Operator Name.
• Session Metadata: Box/session numbers, timestamps, and locations/warehouses.

This data is stored locally on the device in a secure database and synchronized securely to your company's Firestore cloud database. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.

2. Data Security

We value the security of your business data. All communications between the mobile application, the handheld devices, and the cloud database are transmitted securely over encrypted HTTPS connections.

3. User Authentication & Licenses

Access to the application is restricted to authorized employees. The application requires an activation key managed by the Al Mana IT Department. If you are not an authorized staff member, you cannot use this application.
